Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The delivery of the goods takes place worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):

Within Germany 6.90

From an order value of 500.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of 12.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:

• Switzerland 19,00 Euro
  
• Lichtenstein 19,00 Euro
  
• Europe EU Zone 1 12,90 Euro
  
• Norway, UK not EU 19,00 Euro
  
• Other EU 12,90 Euro

From an order value of 150,00 we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of 19.00 will be added to the shipping costs. 

Delivery times

As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 3-4 days, with foreign deliveries within 8-10 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
